Corporate Self Defence and team building
Our corporate self defence and team building courses are designed specifically for businesses who would like to increase staff confidence and encourage / promote team togetherness.
Giving staff a break from the usual daily activities has always had benefits, this course comes with the added benefit of helping staff feel safe in their work place, at home, in the car, and public transport.
Any Business and staff members can benefit from our self defence program, not limited to people who work in:

The team building experience can be run week days or weekends.
We offer real self defence support in our courses and martial arts training packages.
The aim is to teach:
- Responding to assaults and effective counter measures
- When you should use self defence and the law
- Your psychology, verbal assault and self defence
- Avoiding confrontations and de-escalating situations
- Physical self defence techniques that work
We will cater for any time period to suit from 1-2 hour courses, half day, full day, weekends or even our 6 week course comprising of 1-2 hours a session. We can come to your place of work or you can use our martial arts centre.
