Wing Chun is not only about learning forms and drills but also about practical techniques to defend ourselves. This course will teach you simple but effective Wing Chun moves to protect yourself in everyday situations. You’ll learn to stay calm, use your stance, and apply key techniques like Pak Sau, Tan Sau, and Chain Punches. After completing this course and you are next in class, you can test out each of the lessons to ensure you are practising your techniques correctly.
