Class Details: What to Expect
When: Monday to Friday, 7:15 – 8:15 PM
Where: Our dedicated 130 sqm full-time dojo in Halesowen with professional equipment, comfortable viewing areas, and ample parking
Your First Class:
Basic Wing Chun stances and footwork
Introduction to Siu Nim Tao (the foundation form)
Partner drills focused on coordination and technique
Welcoming atmosphere where questions are encouraged
What to Bring: Just comfortable clothing (tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt/hoodie). No equipment needed for your trial.
Class Size: Typically 8-15 adults, ensuring personal attention from Sifu Alan and the team

“I’m not fit enough to start martial arts”
Our classes are designed to build fitness gradually. You won’t be thrown into intense sparring on day one. Most students notice significant fitness improvements within 4-6 weeks, and we adapt exercises to your current level.

Wing Chun is perfect for adults of all ages because it’s based on technique, leverage, and efficiency rather than speed or strength. We have students in their 50s who started as complete beginners and are thriving.
