Before starting your Wing Chun martial arts journey or re-start your journey, you need to know the importance of inspiration.

True inspiration must come from within, but you can have a great deal of help if you look at others who have achieved what you want to achieve or who have become experts in their particular field.

If you look at the example of probably the most famous martial artist and movie star, Bruce Lee, as a source of inspiration, how could he help inspire you to begin or re-start your Martial Arts journey in Wing Chun?

From a young age, even up to his unfortunate death, Bruce Lee faced prejudice and ridicule. Nevertheless, Bruce Lee had to strive to achieve his goals. As a result, he persevered to become one of the most revered martial artists of his era.

As well as the obvious benefits from studying martial arts I’ve listed above, many less-obvious ones come from the disciplines and techniques learned.
