- Children (ages 5 to 11): Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 6:55 pm
- Adults (from age 12): Monday to Thursday, 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm, and Friday, 7:05 pm to 8:05 pm

Frequently asked questions
What does membership include?
Insurance is included in your annual membership. Training follows a structured grading system, so you always know your next goal: children grade through coloured sashes, and adults through numbered grades, 1 to 9.
How does the free trial work?
Your first class is free. Book online, choose the adults’ or children’s class, and just wear comfortable clothing: no equipment is needed.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes. Private lessons are available one-to-one or in a small private group. See private Wing Chun lessons.
