At Wing Chun Halesowen, the safety and well-being of every student is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all children, young people, and adults who take part in our activities.
This online Safeguarding Concern Form allows staff, volunteers, parents, and students to report safeguarding concerns, disclosures, or incidents quickly and securely. Whether your concern involves a child’s welfare, unusual behaviour, or something that just doesn’t feel right, it is always best to report it.
When to Use This Form
Please complete this form as soon as possible after:

A student or child discloses something that causes concern

You witness behaviour or an incident that worries you

You notice signs of neglect, harm, or distress

You are unsure, but feel something may not be right
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 right away and then inform the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) as soon as it is safe to do so.
