Wing Chun techniques to practice at home

Whilst we have been on lockdown in the UK the club has had to put together some simple drill for students to train along to.

This short video is looking at 2 lower gate cover/blocks and then a high block and simultaneous counter-attack.

Using basic turning for the dill we look at a Gum sau (pinning hand) a low Bong sau (wing arm) and Tan da (palm up punch)
